    Delegate Ireland moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 12, line 9, after the word “Fund”, by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “Provided, That, notwithstanding any other provision of this section to the contrary, fifty percent of the balance of any moneys less than the said $4,700,000 available for transfer to the Courtesy Patrol Fund which are not transferred to the Courtesy Patrol Fund in any fiscal year shall be used solely for the marketing, advertising, repair, maintenance and improvement of the state parks within the Division of Natural Resources that have lodge facilities, to be distributed equally among those state parks.”
